One of the remaining Emblem3 stars has opened up about Drew Chadwick leaving the music group and how it's affecting him.

Drew Chadwick Opens Up On Leaving Emblem3

On Friday, Yahoo! Music posted an interview with the band's lead singer Wesley Stromberg who admitted that he was a little unsure of what would happen at the group's Fireside Story Sessions tour. This was likely due to the fact that the tour started one day after it was announced that Chadwick would not be part of the group anymore.

"I was pretty scared," Stromberg said. "We have the best fans in the entire world. They're just so understanding and respectful. They understand that Drew wanted to go off and do his music."

Despite any nerves, the lead singer still kept it positive and knew it would all work out. He went on to talk about the fans and how Chadwick feels about being on his own.

"He's passionate about his solo stuff," Stromberg said about Chadwick. "[The fans] also knew this was my and Keaton's dream too, so they're not going to bail. They love us no matter what. Even on the first day [of the tour], I knew everything was going to be okay."

The lead singer also mentioned where the idea for the band's hit Love Will Be There came from.

"We wrote it kinda because of this whole split," Stromberg said. "And also because it's fans that brought us closer together."

He also revealed that fans have been supportive of him taking over Chadwick's role as the rapper.
