The stunning brunette, who opened up in an interview with her sister Kylie for DuJour Magazine, says that while she loves a little eye candy when it comes to her ideal guy, it's also important that he has a good sense of humor as well.

Jenner told the magazine about the similarities she shares with her sister, "I feel like we're equal. We're definitely boy crazy. Actually that's a lie, she definitely is."

She also added, "I don't really have a type. I love tall. And you gotta make me laugh because I can't make anybody laugh. I'm not a funny person so I need someone to make me laugh."

Meanwhile, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has threatened to sue a New York City waitress who claimed that Kendall threw money at her face and walked out of a restaurant after being refused alcohol.

According to TMZ, Kendall hired lawyer Marty Singer to help clear her name and set the record straight.

According to the site, Singer sent waitress Blaine Morris a letter saying that Kendall was extremely apologetic and gladly paid what she owed - $33, plus a $7 tip - which she "politely handed" to her.

Singer added in his letter, "Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress," adding, "You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."
