While fans of Big Sean & Ariana Grande were eyeing the rumored couple for possible confirmation that they are indeed dating at the 2014 MTV VMAs, they were spotted getting cuddly backstage Sunday.

Even though the Best Mistake duo have stayed tight-lipped about their alleged relationship, they seemed to confirm the rumors off stage as they walked backstage hand in hand. In another picture she hugged Big Sean as she wrapped her arms around his waist and appeared to be gearing up for a kiss.

She rocked a black and silver sequins dress with black knee-high boots. Big Sean kept his look casual and sported a light denim button up, a white t-shirt and skinny black jeans. Check out the pictures over at Daily Mail.

The Problem singer also hit the stage with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj. The trio performed their new hit collaboration Bang Bang together.

Grande recently opened up about her friendship and working relationship with Big Sean and revealed that he is her favorite person to make music with.

She told Extra's Mario Lopez August 19, "I love working with him, obviously. We've done many songs together... we even have a few that y'all haven't heard yet, so yeah, I love making music with him. He's very talented."

She also spoke on her new album My Everything and said, "The last, I guess six months, have been really, really exciting. I've obviously been working on this new album for a while now and putting it out's been almost seamless. I feel every things fallen into places with such ease and grace that it was just meant to be."
