The Mentalist tends to give their episodes rather colorful titles, and the CBS series will continue the kaleidoscopic trend through season 7.

Still steering clear of any "red" titles in the post-Red John world, The Mentalist will instead settle for pink in episode 4. Penned by Mentalist newbie Tom Donaghy, the upcoming episode will be titled "Pink Rocks."

The Mentalist will kick off its 13-episode season with "Nothing But Blue Skies," and the premiere will be followed by "The Greybar Hotel," "Orange Blossom Ice Cream," and "Pink Rocks."

Little is known about the overall arc of season 7, but recent casting announcements reveal that Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) and Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) will lend their skills to the CIA and form a tentative partnership with Erika Flynn (Morena Baccarin) during "Orange Blossom Ice Cream."

"Jane teams up with Erika Flynn in Beirut, Lebanon, where he and Lisbon have gone at the request of the CIA to take down an international weapons dealer," Entertainment Weekly  reports. "Erika has agreed to help Jane and the CIA in exchange for a pardon on the murder charges she's still facing and the chance to return to the U.S. But as always Erika has agendas of her own, one of which may, or may not, be inserting herself between Jane and Lisbon."
