While the episode went on a break, the cameras were still rolling and all of the cast members mics were still on. Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez were complaining that it was extremely hot. Hernandez also added that she would probably have to use the bathroom when it was time to start taping again. Benzino chimed in and accused the couple of using drugs.

He said, "That's that cocaine. That's what that is. That's that coke."

His future wife added, "When you're high on cocaine."

All the while, their fellow cast members like Tammy Rivera (wife of rapper Waka Flocka Flame) and Ariane (friend of Mimi Faust) appeared to look uncomfortable and nervous as to what would happen next.

Right on cue, the show returned from the break, but that didn't stop Benzino, Heart, Hernandez and Stevie J from continuing their back and forth.

Benzino encouraged Stevie J to "don't do this with all this security."

Even though Hernandez urged everyone to "chill," she was right in front of Stevie J as the couple got out of their seat to charge toward Benzino and Heart.

Benzinio didn't seem scared as he challenged them, "Come over here."

It looked like Hernandez was going right for Heart and threw a punch while Stevie J made his way to Benzinio.

Benzinio responded to the altercation via Twitter.

He wrote, "You know what? I'm not even proud of none of that foolishness, But at the end of the day, we all are responsible for our actions, I was loyal".
