Actress and model Minka Kelly is best known for her roles in Charlie's Angels, Friday Night Lights and The Roommate. In Charlie's Angels Kelly played the role of street racer Eva French. The pilot was filmed in March 2011 and the series was picked up later that year.
Charlie's Angels premiered in September 2011 and initially received a large audience of nearly 9 million viewers. However, the series was hugely criticized by media and analysts, and even though the show was supposed to run for 13 episodes ABC decided to pull the plug on the show following just the fourth episode due to extremely rock bottom ratings.
