Movie star Jennifer Garner has given an update on her life as a mother and how she has to teach her kids some harsh realities of what this society has come to.

Ben Affleck's Tabloid Attacks Helped Him With A Role?

On Sunday, Vanity Fair posted a live interview with the actress who will be in the film Men, Women, & Children, which is about how people devote their lives to things rather than people. This is something that Garner understands is a big part of the American culture nowadays although it's not necessarily a good thing.

"It makes you feel kind of sick to your stomach to watch the movie because you realize these kids give such beautiful performances.," Garner said.

"You're just trying to get it right, you know, you're trying to do right by your kids and you're trying to protect them, and you know in L.A., we have all these parenting classes," she added.

Garner also talked about how social media and technology are becoming a necessity even though it can be more of a danger.

"We pulled up stuff before and said, 'This is how crazy this stuff is, guys. Look at this, you live this like. Is this true? Are these the people that you know?" the actress said. "Because you have to look at things that way when you see things about your family."

She then pointed out how difficult it can be to have a conversation about how to use certain things properly.

"We have these really hard conversations already, but I don't know if it's going to be good or bad, I just don't know what else to do," she said.
