It looks like things are going to heat up on Downton Abbey when Lady Mary apparently plans to get it on with Lord Gillingham.

'Downton Abbey' Actress Captures Moments On Set

On Friday, Mirror revealed that Mary (Michelle Dockery) will want to have a naughty weekend with Gillingham (Tom Cullen) despite the fact that the two are not married. According to the site, Mary will ask her maid to buy some contraceptives for her so they can have their weekend together.

It also seems that Anna won't approve mainly because she thinks that Gillingham should be the one to make the move in this situation. But Mary, who will continue to go about her leadership ways, will say, "I don't think one should rely on a man for that."

Will More Characters Die On 'Downton Abbey?'

There's a good chance that Mary and Gillingham won't be the only ones to explore their sexual nature; according to Lily James, who plays Lady Rose, there will be other scandal taking place although she won't be experiencing that much of it.

"I mean, obviously, she's naughty by nature so there's parts of her that will always exist, but her focus gets taken by something really unexpected and her eyes are sort of open to the bigger picture and she grows up," James told Pop Shack TV about Rose. "She's growing up."

The actress then mentioned that there will be others to look out for this year when it comes to the steaminess.

Downton Abbey Season 5 is expected to premiere in January 2015 on PBS.
