She's come a long way from her days premiering on TLC's reality TV series Breaking Amish, and Kate Stoltz is continuing to shock fans with her ever-evolving look.

Kate Stoltz Feels Isolated From Rest Of 'Breaking Amish' Cast?

The former bishop's daughter turned New York-based fashion model is becoming a much more in-demand face in the modeling world these days, and is now showcasing an edgier side following some major alterations to her appearance.

In an effort to showcase an edgier look, the 23-year-old debuted new photos on her Instagram account, which show that she has since gone and shaved the right side of her head, following the recent fashion trend which has seen more women sport partially shaved hairstyles.

"Latest #shoot with photographer @dorianclive mua: @sandyromeroheymann styling hair: @emdesimonestyle @majormodelsny #katestotlz #major," she captioned a black-and-white shot of herself on a NYC subway. In the image, the shaved side of her head is exposed with the rest of her hair swept up on the top of her head. Sporting leather pants and a dark lacey top, she sits on a seat in the subway car with one hand pressed against her forehead in a pensive state.

The shaved style isn't the only change to the model's look however, as she took to Instagram again just a few days later to show a new color on top of her head that wouldn't likely be approved by the Amish community-bright blue.

Though it may potentially have been a wig, Stoltz showcased a look that saw her brown hair covered with a new blue shade, complete with bangs, which grazed her shoulders.

"Blue hair anyone?" she captioned the shot.

However, fans of the model who don't care as much for the bolder and edgier look don't have to worry, as she also made sure to reveal that despite taking a razor to one side of her head, she could easily change the part in her hair and revert back to her more classic look, with her long brown locks framing both sides of her face.

"Don't get it twisted, with a quick comb over I can still rock my classic look. #BestofBothWorlds," she captioned the photo.
