It looks as though the apple definitely didn't land too far from the apple tree here. Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow shared a new photo of her daughter Coco along with her grandfather and grandmother, who is the spitting image of the reality star.

In the photo, which Dubrow shared on her Instagram account on Wednesday, Coco is posing with her grandparents. Dubrow captioned the pic with, "Star student #COCOBEAN with Grandma CeCe and Opa! @carolelewiskent."

Earlier this summer, Dubrow aggressively denied allegations that she got a nose job after an old photo has surfaced of Dubrow looking slightly different.

After a Twitter fan tweeted an old headshot of Dubrow, suggesting that she might have gotten plastic surgery before becoming famous, the reality television star was quick to respond with "Uh, no. No nose job."

Dubrow, who is married to Beverly Hills Dr. Terry Dubrow, is also fighting off rumors that her marriage is in trouble. The plastic surgeon, who now has his own spinoff show on E! called Botched, says that while he and his wife tend to bicker and fight, he also says there are days in which they get along just fine as well.

The 55-year-old reality television star admits that their scenes on the show are usually edits to pain a more dramatic picture of their marriage but also says that they do fight because they still care for one another.

"If there isn't some bickering in a marriage, the couple is either not paying attention to each other or lying about it," Dr. Dubrow tells Radar Online in a new interview.

Botched, which also stars former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband Dr. Paul Nassif, airs every Sunday at 10 p.m. EST/PST on the E! network.
