Legendary rock band Fleetwood Mac is back on the road playing music for their beloved fans. What makes the tour even more monumental is the return of original member Christine McVie.

The group, which formed in 1967, appeared on the Today show on Thursday and gushed about McVie's return after 16 years. They've already sold out shows and will continue touring until next year.

"It's hard to really believe that she actually ever left because she came back and she just threw herself into it in such a strong and confident way that it was almost like a parallel universe that maybe we left," Nicks said. "I hear her count off songs and it's almost like the 16 years that she was gone didn't exist. We didn't really know what to expect when she came back and she came back stronger than all of us."

Lindsey Buckingham added: "Everything has just come back better than ever. It really feels very much like a beautiful, profound, poetic new chapter for this band. It's something that's going to go on for some time."

Mick Fleetwood, who appeared on the morning show sporting bright red shoes, also agreed. "All of us are just overjoyed at this lovely lady's return," he said.

Fleetwood Mac also took the stage in front of a huge audience to perform famous hits like Little Lies, Gypsy and Go On Your Own Way.
