Kerri Walsh Jennings, US Beach Volleyball Olympic athlete, has been infected with pinkeye, but hasn't let it change her game. Walsh Jennings and her Volleyball partner, Misty May-Treanor, have been undefeated at the 2012 London Olympics thus far. However, the Olympian fears the pinkeye infection may lead her to "trouble" on the field.

"I'm doing everything I can do that's legal under drug-testing, which is scary," Walsh Jennings said. "I've never taken anything, but if I can't see I'm in trouble."

The Volleyball player says her pinkeye has also affected how she interacts with her teammate and opposing players. To prevent spreading the infection, Walsh Jennings cannot handshake or high five anyone.

"That's a big deal here," she said. "I really respect these girls and my whole thing is to give high-fives. That's normal for me. I don't want them to think I'm big-leaguing them or being a jerk. I didn't want to infect them. I just didn't want to leave any room for error."

Walsh Jennings and May-Treanor won gold at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic games for Beach Volleyball. This year, the players have also been undefeated. However, they lost one set against Austria, 21-17. The best of two sets are counted towards the final score.

After defeating Australia, Czech Republic, and Austria, many hope Walsh Jennings and May-Treanor can remain undefeated for another gold win.
