In a photo that Miller posted on her social networking account on Sunday, Miller looks noticeably thinner while standing next to her dancers. In another photo that she posted, Miller also looks like she's lost a ton of weight while posing with her star students Maddie and McKenzie Ziegler.

Quite a few of her followers have even noticed a difference in Miller's appearance by pointing out the weight loss and commenting that she "looks great" and that she should "keep up the good work by staying healthy." Some are also speculating though that the photos might be photoshopped.

Abby Lee Miller Not Returning To The Show Because Of Her Lawsuit?

Meanwhile, Miller is being sued by her former student, 13-year-old Paige Hyland.

Radar Online reported on Friday that Hyland claims Miller makes her dancers work 60-hour work weeks and is accusing her of cruel insults and body shaming. What's more, Miller also allegedly threw a chair at her student during a rehearsal as well.

The lawsuit says that Miller "engaged in conduct that caused the Plaintiff to reasonably believe she was about to be touched or harmed in an offensive matter. As a proximate result of the Defendant's wrongful conduct, the Plaintiff has suffered emotional distress, anxiety, frustration, anger, humiliation, post traumatic stress and anguish."

Hyland also says that Miller threw a chair during an argument she had with the dancer.

The lawsuit said, "Miller insulted and abused Paige on an almost daily basis, including cruel name calling, insults about Paige's physical appearance and making offensive false and defamatory accusations about Paige's family. All of this abuse was done for the sake of drama during the show."
