His wife is generally known for being the more candid one about their romance, but Donnie Wahlberg appears to be taking some cues from Jenny McCarthy and sharing some of the most intimate details about their marriage.

In an interview with People Now to promote his new "Say hello with Keurig 2.0" contest , Wahlberg revealed that he and McCarthy have a hard time keeping their wedding rings on-indicating that they're still very much in the honeymoon stage of their marriage.

"Yeah, I found it," he said about McCarthy's earlier statements about losing her wedding ring while in the bedroom of their honeymoon suite. "She thought it was on the room service cart, but it was in the sheets...You have to take it off when things get interesting, It scrapes a little."

Wahlberg then admitted similar reasons were why he was missing his own wedding ring while conducting the interview.

"Well, we had a late night last night. I took it off," he said.

And though he freely admitted that things were going well with them in that respect, he also admitted that despite their outgoing personalities, the two prefer to be homebodies and enjoy their cozier nights in together.

"She cooks breakfast...this weekend she cooked me breakfast in bed and I'll do different things for her," he said. "But every night when we finish doing our thing, literally we go turn on the Keurig, we make hot chocolate, and we sit down and have hot chocolate together, it's great."

"I think we're both kind of out there. We seem like extroverts, we say what's on our mind, but we're real homebodies," he continued. "We like to be home all the time, like I said we have hot chocolate every night. We're not really party people, we like to take it slow, and if we had our way we'd probably just lay in bed all day watching like...Naked and Afraid."

The couple married on August 31 in a ceremony in St. Charles Illinois.
