UPDATE: USA Beats Canada 4-3 in Olympic Women's Soccer Semi Finals!!

USA vs. Canada in the Women's Olympic Soccer at London 2012 will take place on Monday with both sides vying to win the semi final to advance to the gold medal final match. The match kicks off at 2.45 p.m. (ET) and can be watched online through online live stream (link below).

Old Trafford will be the venue for the vital game, and will see the winner progress to play Japan, who beat France in the other semi final earlier on Monday.

It the United States can do it they will reach their fifth consecutive Olympic soccer final.

Japan beat USA in the World Cup final on penalty kicks last year and America will be looking to set up a repeat meeting and chance of revenge.

But Team USA will be focusing on Canada first: "At this point this is the most important soccer game of our lives," said forward Abby Wambach, who has scored in each of the four U.S. games, according to the LA Times.

"We have to perform. Canada is a scrappy team."

Canada has not beaten the U.S. in women's soccer for more than a decade - the last time being in 2001. That run stretches a massive 27 games. Even this year already Canada has lost to the United States twice. They lost 4-0 in January, and 2-1 five weeks ago.

U.S. Coach Pia Sundhage has said, "The fact that this team has been so successful means we are able to cope with the pressure and expectation and use it in a positive way. If you look back then you gain confidence."
