The Voice is currently airing its seventh season on NBC and even though the first live elimination show left some confusion and hurt feelings, there are still some very talented singers remaining.

Who Are The Frontrunners In The Top 12 Of 'The Voice'?

There are certainly a few frontrunners that remain out of the Top 12, which easily lends itself to say those select few could go on to win the competition and become huge success stories for the show.

Matt McAndrew appears to be on the top of the list. Why is that? Well, he is a fan-favorite considering America's votes moved him into the Top 12. Plus, McAndrew has received praise from all the coaches. Blake Shelton even told him he sang The Beach Boys' God Only Knows "perfectly" on Nov. 10. McAndrew definitely has the potential to be this season's breakout star and possibly the biggest star to come off of the competition show in general due to his buttery vocals and quirky charisma.

Will 'The Voice' Finally See A Breakout Star?

Another top contender who has the potential to come out on top based on America's voting and coaches' feedback is Anita Antoinette. She wowed everyone during the Live Playoffs with her sassy rendition of Meghan Trainor's All About That Bass. Personality seems to have a huge say in how America votes and it seems as though Antoinette has won over America based on how they voted her through to the Top 12 and the crowd's reaction after she performed last Tuesday night was electrifying. You can watch her performance and hear the crowd's reaction at the bottom of this article.

Damien is clearly another top contender especially after having his coach, Adam Levine, told him, "The whole country felt that," after his performance of Sam Smith's I'm Not the Only One last Monday.

Reagan James also has the potential to go very far considering she is popular with America. Plus, Shelton, who is her coach, backs her completely especially with the high regard he has given her previously. Last Monday he told her, "I think you're one of the most important artists we've ever had on The Voice."

Do you think McAndrew, Antoinette, Damien or James have what it takes to win the competition and become standout stars? Or do you think someone else in the Top 12 will win?

Remember to tune in to The Voice tonight to see the next part of the remaining 12 contestants' journey on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.
