Howard was under investigation after Reed accused him of abusing their son, six-year-old Braylon. She took to her Instagram to give fans the latest.

She wrote, "Let's get the facts straight! THE CASE IS NOT CLOSED & HE IS/WAS NOT CLEARED!

"The investigation is STILL open as he REFUSES to speak to the police. So whoever these reps are that are lying and trying to slander rme, just know the gloves are off & I'm nott he 1 to play with when it comes to my son! That is all!"

 That is all.

She added another picture that said she felt "like an ant fighting an elephant..."

Still, according to TMZ Sunday, the Florida Dept. of Children and Familes has ended the investigation.

They released a statement that said, "The investigation is being closed with no substantiated findings of physical injuries."

It also revealed that authorities did question Howard.

Reed made allegations against Howard back in August. She told the Children's Services office in Orlando, Fla. that Howard hit Braylon with a belt that resulted in bruises and abrasions. Howard's legal team did fight back and said that there were no bruises, marks or welts that needed to be looked at by a doctor. They also concluded the pictures Reed provided proved the injuries were not too harmful to continue the investigation.

On top of that, Howard is hoping to get full custody of the child. He filed documents Wednesday and said Reed is not a proper mother and claimed she provides him with drugs as a "chemical babysitter."

His representative said, "It's no coincidence that these false allegations were 'leaked' on the heels of Dwight filing for major custody of his son. It is troubling to see a major use her son as a pawn against his father."

Story developing.
