Faith Evans has certainly proved herself to be one of R&B's brightest stars in the past years of her career. Though she has sold records, toured around the world and produced projects without Diddy's label, fans will always remember her as the first lady of Bad Boy and the woman who stole Notorious B.I.G.'s heart. In the 2009 biopic, "Notorious," fans got a chance to see true events from their love story come to life. Now, Faith revealed that a musical component featuring vocals from her former husband is in the works, too.

In a new interview with HipHopHollywood, Faith revealed, "I'm actually about to start working on a special musical project with me and BIG... It's something I've been thinking about doing for many, many years."

Faith went on to explain that all of the music is "unheard" songs, and would be modeled after the album "Unforgettable" by Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole, after his passing.

This would be the first time in almost a decade that fans would hear the former couple on a song together. Besides Jay Z's "A Dream," which only used BIG's vocals after he died, Faith and BIG only recorded released one song together: "One More Chance."

Fans will have to wait a while until they hear a single or any snippet of the project because Faith is "just getting into actually working on it." But, if you can wait until 2015, your ears will thank you. This has the propensity to be one of the most anticipated albums of the decade, as their fan bases combined make up a large part of today's hip hop listeners.

The album is perfectly entitled, "The King and I."
