Now that his father has given him an ultimatum to follow if he wants to remain as CEO of Forrester, Rick (Jacob Young) will need to break Maya's (Karla Mosley) heart on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Rick Makes A Jaw-Dropping Decision

After learning that his wife, Caroline (Lindsey Godfrey) and brother, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) had kissed, Rick wound up back with his ex-girlfriend, and Maya believed that being with him again would give her everything she truly wanted-the Forrester name, endless wealth, power and fame. However, after Eric (John McCook) realized Rick tried sabotaging Ridge and Caroline's show, he demanded Rick work things out with Caroline and end his association with Maya at once. And while Rick still doesn't know if Caroline is willing to forgive him for hooking back up with Maya, he will make the moves to prove his loyalties to his wife and his job-crushing Maya's dreams and heart in the process.

"Tell me this isn't happening!" she says to Rick in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Nov. 25 episode. ""Tell me that I'm wrong, and that I misunderstood!"

Rick 'Done' At Forrester?

Unfortunately for Maya, Rick is truly making an effort to end things between them, because he doesn't want to give up his CEO position. However, his actions to end things could still be premature-as Caroline is still in shock that Rick wants to work things out now, and she genuinely isn't sure if they should bother trying to fix the problems in their marriage.

"I didn't think he'd forgive me, but Rick wants to make it work," she says to Ridge in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
