She has been on and off-screen periodically over the course of the last year with crazy storylines, but Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullogh) may be set to make her most dramatic and shocking return on General Hospital yet.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Robin may return to Port Charles before the holidays are over-and could be coming back with a major surprise for her soon-to-be ex-husband Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Lulu (Emmee Rylan) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna)Falconeri.

The website reports that Robin may return with a baby bump, meaning she is carrying a child, though it certainly won't be one she conceived with Patrick, as the divorcing couple have not genuinely been together in nearly a year, since before she left to try and save Jason (Billy Miller) and unfreeze the Cassadine relatives.

However, the baby she may be carrying could be important to Lulu, as Robin has been held captive by Helena (Constance Towers) since the Crichton-Clark clinic blew up-and before that event occurred, Helena did grab Lulu's last embryo that had been secretly fertilized by Stavros. The rumor claims that Robin could have been used as Helena's planned surrogate for the child-allowing her recently deceased son to still have his wish of a baby with Lulu.

If the storyline does play out in such a way, it wouldn't be the first baby drama storyline the show has done, or the first in a while either. Patrick and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) recently lost their son Gabriel following a car accident, and Lulu regained custody of her son with Dante earlier this year after learning that the little boy Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) was passing off as her own was truly theirs. They were able to get their son after learning the daughter they thought was theirs was biologically Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli's (Bradford Anderson) child.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
