She hasn't been back in Salem long, but Melanie (Molly Burnett) may need to keep Brady (Eric Martsolf) on speed-dial to continue helping her out of sticky situations on Days of Our Lives.

Melanie's Secret Finally Comes Out

After he rescued her from the casino security people soon after her return she fled Europe after fleecing $70,000 from the facility), the two BFFs appeared to be getting even closer than ever. And following his help in getting her out of that event, Melanie promised she would stay out of trouble and get back to living a normal life in Salem again, which included getting her job back as a nurse. However, her ability to get a position in the hospital has been difficult thanks to Theresa (Jen Lilley) and Anne (Meredith Scott Lynn) scheming against her.

Now, Brady will rescue his BFF from getting herself into trouble a second time by standing up to his former girlfriend and her boss and demanding they let Melanie's application pass through by using his power as a member of the hospital's board to get through to them. And though they won't be happy about it, they'll be forced to pass Melanie's job application through and will have to learn to deal with more of their enemies being around at work.

Will Returns Home--With A Huge Secret

Meanwhile, Will (Guy Wilson) has also recently returned to Salem after getting fired from working on his mother's movie in Hollywood-news he hasn't yet shared. However, he isn't out of work long, as his old boss has contacted him about another new excusive assignment at the local magazine, one he has eagerly accepted.

What Will doesn't know however, is that his new assignment is Paul Naruta (Christopher Sean)-his husband Sonny's (Freddie Smith) ex-boyfriend. Will has no idea the two were ever a couple, and also doesn't know that Paul kissed Sonny while he was away-but if he unearths the truth while writing the story things could be catastrophic for his and Sonny's marriage.
