After some time away in Hollywood that saw him barely communicating with his loved ones back in Salem, Will (Guy Wilson) will finally return to town on Days of Our Lives.

He followed his mother, Sami, as she went to California to work with producers on a movie about her life following the death of her husband, EJ. Will was hired on to write the screenplay, and took his daughter Ariana with him when he left. However, his departure caused quite a few problems in Salem.

While in California, Will barely kept in contact with anyone-least of all Ari's mother, Gabi, who is in jail, and his own husband, Sonny (Freddie Smith). The tension has grown between Will and Sonny as a result, and is affecting their relationship negatively. However, now, with Will's return, everything should soon be alright.

However, his return may not solve things in his tense relationship with his husband after all, as Will will come back, but he will also hold a rather large secret about something that happened in California-something big that he will keep from his husband. With the coincidental timing of Sonny's ex, Paul (Christopher Sean) arriving in town, and the kiss he planted on Sonny, the secrets the two husbands are keeping from one another could threaten to destroy their entire relationship.

Meanwhile, one relationship that appears to still be going well is the budding one between Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jordan (Chrishell Stause). And though Chad's motives are questionable, he will still move forward in the romance-and he and Jordan will make love for the first time.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
