It looks as though Bethenny Frankel just can't catch a break. The returning Real Housewives of New York star has once again been criticized for her "too thin" frame while showing off her bikini body in Miami this past week.

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions? 

In photos obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, Frankel can be seen wearing a green two-piece bathing suit along with a sun hat and body jewelry while enjoying a little sun and sand with her boyfriend, Michael Cerussi. While the couple showed each other a lot of PDA during their time on the beach together, it doesn't look like many of Frankel's fans are impressed.

A few comments from the site include, "I fail to see what is fabulous though....and I think the article just wants to equate fabulous with skinny? I'm mean there is nothing horrible with her but old bananas and ribs is now fabulous? Nah, fabulous is a healthy mom that wears a beautiful confident smile and is not concerned with constantly showing how skinny one is....that's fabulous."

Another reader criticized her with, "She is emaciated. You can see her ribs for God's sake! That is not "fit" or "toned". It is starved."

Meanwhile, it looks like Frankel might be "at war" again with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy.

According to the Inquisitr on Friday, Hoppy has nothing against Frankel's new boyfriend, but he also doesn't think it's appropriate for her to be exposing their 4-year-old daughter to her boyfriends.

A source said, "He has nothing against Michael personally, but Jason doesn't think it's appropriate for Bethenny's boyfriend to be around Bryn, as the divorce still isn't final. It's very confusing for a four-year-old to see a parent with someone else."
