It looks as though Bethenny Frankel might be embattled in yet another war of words with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy. According to a new report, Hoppy is livid that the Real Housewives of New York star took her daughter Bryn on vacation to Miami with her new boy toy, Michael Cerussi.

According to the Inquisitr on Friday, Hoppy has nothing against Frankel's new boyfriend, but he also doesn't think it's appropriate for her to be exposing their 4-year-old daughter to her boyfriends.

A source said, "He has nothing against Michael personally, but Jason doesn't think it's appropriate for Bethenny's boyfriend to be around Bryn, as the divorce still isn't final. It's very confusing for a four-year-old to see a parent with someone else."

Just a few days ago, Frankel was 'shamelessly' caught promoting her SkinnyLife Brand while skiing in Aspen, Colorado during the Christmas holiday.

According to X17 Online last Wednesday, Frankel was spotted carrying around ski equipment with her brand's logo while she was out and about in Aspen for Christmas Eve.

The site wrote, "We weren't surprised to see that she was sporting a SkinnyGirl board though -- this woman is shameless when it comes to promoting herself!"

Frankel has had a very rough year, as she was mostly battling her soon-to-be ex-husband Hoppy in court over the custody of Bryn.

The couple announced their separation in December 2012 and are yet to finalize their divorce.
