Jersey Shore's Snooki Polizzi is officially headed home along with an extra accessory. The 24-year-old was seen leaving the Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, with her newborn son on Tuesday. 

While sporting a pair of platform wedges, the proud mom was shown in photos tightly holding little Lorenzo Dominic as she was carted out of the hospital in a wheelchair.  

The glamorous mom had previously sent out the following tweet on Aug. 26th, regarding her newfound love for her offspring:

"I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic!  I had my little man last night, healthy 6lbs!  HE'S MY WORLD!'

Snooki's rep had commented to MTV on the special occasion that same day.

"The world just got another Guido. Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!"

According to the music network, Snooki, along with fiancé Jionni LaValle had welcomed the 6lbs, 5oz. Lorenzo Dominic LaValle at 3 a.m. on Sunday morning. However, the reality star had actually gone into labor late on Saturday night.

MTV themselves even commented on the instantly famous baby Guido.

"We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!  We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie."
