The Autumn Leaves singer posted an apology to his fans via Instagram on Monday since his tour with Songz and Tyga has officially been postponed due to his legal issues.

Hollywood Life took a screen grab of it since Brown has since deleted it.

"I would first like to apologize to all the fans and people who have been supporters of me and all the music over the years. The beginning of the BTS tour has been moved to later dates now," the singer said, adding, "The judge would not sign off on my travel to do the tour until I finish these last 100 hours of community service."

Brown added he's "busting" his butt to get the hours completed.

"This is the most disappointing news I've gotten in a while," he revealed in his apology, adding, "Everything happens for a reason so I wanted to personally inform my fans."

He reiterated that the tour is not canceled, but some dates will be moved around to later dates.

The tour was supposed to kick off on Tuesday, Jan. 27 in Hampton, Va., but the venue even shared the news late Monday night on its Twitter account that the show "has been postponed."

Songz and Tyga also acknowledged the tour delay via Twitter. Songz posted a blushing emoji face probably out of slight embarrassment since he previously was promoting the tour and the meet and greet. He called the slight delay "a lil Intermission".

Tyga said the tour wouldn't be kicking off on Tuesday and "Sorry Yall".
