It's no secret that the self-proclaimed 'King of Instgram' does some pretty crazy things, but how far is too far?

On Wednesday, the billionaire poker player shared a new picture on his Instagram and his Twitter and while the photo seems pretty normal, the message underneath the image, not so much.

In the photo, Bilzerian poses next to a ping-pong table and he admitted that using Adderall makes him a ping-pong pro.

This isn't the first time Bilzerian's has made reference to drugs or alchohol in one his photos. Back in December he shared a photo of himself celebrating the holidays with Congressman Rohrabacher and in the corner of the photo, viewers can clearly see cocaine sitting on the table.

Bilzerian has been in a lot of trouble lately. The poker player was arrested back in December for creating an explosive TNT mixture.

The 'King of Instagram' is currently on trial being charged for a felony crime. If convicted, Bilzerian could face several years behind bars.
