The Bachelor in Paradise couple appears to be hiding something from fans.

Lacy Faddoul and Marcus Grodd have been relatively quiet on social media since revealing their fragrance I Do on Jan. 5.

Faddoul actually recently suffered from some "#TechnicalDifficulties" on Twitter, but returned to the social networking site Wednesday.

She shared a photo on her Instagram Wednesday with her husband-to-be, in which they are both holding an index finger in front of their slightly pursed lips as if they are keeping something a secret.

In Faddoul's caption she even asked, "Why being so quiet?"

This has led the Bachelor in Paradise couple's fans to speculate what is going on.

One fan pointed out her engagement ring is missing, but it appears as though the couple used a cellphone's camera to take the photo so therefore the image would be reversed and her hand in the photo is not her left.

Other fans came up with other reasons as to why she wouldn't be wearing her ring.

Other fans commented on how Faddoul's location on the photo says "Secret Hideaway," which makes them think the couple will tie the knot on a destination wedding.
