Fans will see him when the third season of Party Down South premieres in a few weeks, but Lyle Boudreaux's future on the hit reality series could be at risk after the reality star was arrested in Lafayette, La. over the weekend.

5 Things To Know About Hannah Guidry Before Her 'PDS' Premiere

According to TMZ, the 29-year-old was arrested for the second consecutive Mardi Gras in a row, after cops pulled him over Feb. 8 after he made a turn without signaling. During the stop, police noticed a smell of alcohol, but Boudreaux refused to take a breathalyzer, resulting in his arrest.

However, while he was being booked, cops reportedly found marijuana, which added more charges to his initial ones. He was released on a $4,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

According to The Advertiser, Boudreaux's list of charges include: OWI, first offense; possession of marijuana, second offense; failure to signal a turn, modification of an exhaust system, and taking contraband into a penal institution.

Boudreaux was reportedly stopped while driving a white pickup truck at around 8 p.m.

This isn't the first time Boudreaux has been arrested during this time of year. He was arrested last February and charged with burglary after breaking into a car and stealing a wallet in Maurice La. during a Mardi Gras celebration.

He isn't the only member of the cast to have faced legal troubles since their quick rise to fame on the show, which premiered January 2014 and quickly became the highest rated original series on CMT.

Mattie Breaux was issued a warrant for her arrest back in 2014 after she failed to appear in court for a pre-PDS arrest while filming the second season, and Josh Murray was pulled over for a DUI and charged for driving with a suspended license back in November.

Ryan 'Daddy' Richards also briefly faced allegations of rape while the cast was filming their second season in Athens, Ga. last year, though he was later cleared of all suspicion.
