Former Bachelor in Paradise star Michelle Money launched her official website last month and has not slowed down with releasing content with her latest being centered on date night advice.

The reality TV star asked her Twitter followers on Friday, "Do you want my Best Date Night advice?!"

She then directed them to check out the video she shot and put on her website detailing her own personal advice.

In the video, which can be watched below, Money gushed, "It is Friday. It is the eve of the day of love."

"The most important relationship that you can have is the relationship with yourself and with God in my honest opinion," she shared before diving into more details.

"Have a date with yourself," she revealed.

"We don't take enough time to really sit and understand ourselves," she added.

She then revealed that you should ask yourself questions that a person would normally ask someone on a date.

"Take some time for yourself and focus on that relationship with yourself," she said, adding you must be "brutally honest".

Money also shared that not a single person is perfect and that's okay.

"We all have stuff that we need to work on," she stated.

She said it's important to "own" who you are; all of who you are.
