The high profile split between Say Yeah rapper Wiz Khalifa and the mother of his child, model Amber Rose is turning uglier as he petitions to have custody, labeling Amber an unfit mother.

According to TMZ Tuesday, Wiz hopes a judge will give him more custody for the couple's nearly two-year-old son Sebastian. He plans to point out her partying throughout the night and making family and even staff look after Sebastian.

On top of that, they expect to tell the judge that the family's dog not only takes in its own feces, but it follows up by licking the tot's face. His legal team accuses Amber of only giving Sebastian 15 minutes of her time in the morning before going off to start her day.

Her tainted relationship with her mother was also revealed. It's said that they often have "shouting matches and vulgar exchanges," that is having an impact on Sebastian, especially since her mother allegedly yells out the N word during their spats. Still, Wiz has not taken legal action and filed papers.

Also, Wiz and his mother have seemed to slammed Amber Rose on Twitter.

He wrote Tuesday, "thinkin she a prize? she a pie. everybody get a slice."

His mother retweeted the message and added a pizza slice Emoji.

Amber and Wiz are still legally married, but she filed for divorce back in September after rumors that he cheated.
