Amanda Bynes has been displaying bizarre behavior recently.

The Nickelodeon star was charged with a DUI and is also facing two charges of misdemeanor for hit-and-run incidents. After driving on a suspended license many times and getting into a minor fender bender, her vehicle was finally impounded and she was issued a misdemeanor on Sept. 16.

On Sept. 17, she worried clothing store clerks at the West Hollywood Kin boutique by staying in a dressing room for 1 hr. 45 minutes without answering any of the employees' questions, according to TMZ

Bynes brought some clothing in with her to the dressing rooms, and every 10 minutes or so, the clerk heard a banging noise coming from inside.

The clerk frantically called another employee because he was concerned about what she was doing. The employee drove to the store to help, but Bynes would not emerge from the dressing room, telling them, "I need more time."

Bynes bought a pair of stilettos and sunglasses among other things.

The star walked out of the dressing without noticing she was wearing a bathing suit top underneath her dress. She then paid for the bathing suit as well.

It is unclear how Bynes arrived to the store, however, she asked the clerk to call her a cab.

After the incident, TMZ reported, one of the clerks told someone: "I was so worried about her. I didn't know what she was doing in [the dressing room]. I didn't know if she was overdosing, or doing drugs or what."

Another report states that Bynes has told her friends she does not need a conservatorship, claims she has no reason to check into rehab and believes her pending criminal hit-and-run charges and the DUI cases are bogus.

However, her uncle recently said, "She needs helps."

But her uncle isn't the only only one that's worried about her. Many of her neighbors and fellow gym-goers are also concerned about her well-being. Bynes, for example, has been seen having long conversations with inanimate objects, laughing erratically for no reason and talking to herself answering her own questions.
