Former Bachelor in Paradise star Cody Sattler is a health mastermind and he recently launched a new fitness challenge to help improve one's lifestyle for the upcoming warm season.

Sattler initially announced his fitness challenge on Wednesday, sharing it would begin on Monday, Feb. 23.

On Thursday, he mentioned the fitness challenge once more.

"I am so excited to get this New Spring Break Challenge started on Monday!" he dished. Sattler shared that those who sign up for the challenge will in fact stay "motivated and inspired" since he would be sending them his "daily motivational email blog".
