His husband finally learned his awful secret that he had cheated on him, but even though sonny (Freddie Smith) is extremely angry with him, Will (Guy Wilson) will continue trying to work on saving his marriage on Days of Our Lives.

Sonny Confronts Will About His Affair

Sonny learned that Will had slept with Paul (Christopher Sean) while working on his article about him, which prompted the baseball player to finally come out as gay. However, he was unaware at the time that Paul was actually Sonny's ex-and Paul was unaware that Will was Sonny's husband. After Sonny was stabbed in the park, Paul paid him a visit and unknowingly confessed everything.

As a result, things have now been incredibly estranged between Sonny and Will-but Will is determined to make his husband forgive him for his indiscretions and returns to his hospital room for another talk-but things still  may not go so well for the spouses.

Paul Horrified When He Realizes His Big Mistake

After Will defended Kate (Lauren Koslow) for not telling Sonny the truth and encouraging Will to keep his secret, Sonny had hopes his husband would admit to the whole horrible situation as being completely his fault-but things did not go that way. While Will did admit to being entirely at fault for cheating, he added an unexpected twist to his apology-where he also blamed Sonny's secrecy about the past with Paul as another factor for them bow being in this terrible place in their relationship.

As a result, things could get even worse between the couple.
