He thought his one-time encounter with Paul (Christopher Sean) was something safely tucked away that would never be revealed to his husband, but Will's (Guy Wilson) world will crumble when he realizes Sonny (Freddie Smith) is very much aware of what happened on Days of Our Lives.

Paul Horrified By His Huge Mistake

While writing an article on the star pitcher, Will began to suspect he was a closeted gay man-and was proven right when Paul kissed him. The two then wound up in bed together as a result-but so far, their one-time hook-up has been kept a discreet secret. Unbeknownst to them both however, they each had a big tie to Sonny-Paul was his ex-boyfriend once-and they were both also unaware that Derek the bellhop had clued in to what happened between them.

Derek then told Sonny what happened, and while he was at the park and on his way to confront his cheating husband, he would up literally stabbed in the back thanks to the escalating turf war between his Uncle Victor (John Aniston) and Clyde (James Read). Now, while in the hospital, Will's article was released-and Paul confirmed he had slept with Will while visiting Sonny.

Paul Receives A Stern Warning

Now, Sonny is ready to confront his husband for sleeping with Paul-and Will is set to see his entire world crumble down around him as a result, after his husband tells him he no longer wants anything to do with him. He could be in for a further shock if Sonny reveals that Paul was actually his ex-boyfriend as well.

Adding to the situation and making it worse, Will could feel extreme guilt that his husband's stabbing was his fault, as Sonny wouldn't have been in the park that night if he hadn't learned of the secret affair. Now, the marriage between the two could be irreparable as a result.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
