The excitement for red carpet arrivals at the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards begins at 5pm ET when E! presents "Live From The Red Carpet."

Fans all over the world can catch the first glimpse of what their favorite television stars are wearing before they enter the Nokia Theater where the ceremony begins at 8pm ET.

E! hosts Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic will interview the nominees live when they exit their limousines to discuss everything from what designer they are wearing to their opinions on the nominations.

While some nominees may not walk away with an actual award, some will likely end up on Best Dressed lists.

"New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel has never disappointed at previous Emmy award shows. The brunette is a favorite for going against mainstream designers and often sets fashion and beauty trends for her bangs and quirky, offbeat style. Her sister, Emily Deschanel who plays the lead on Fox's "Bones," will likely join her on the red carpet.

Other stars who have stood out on the red carpet previously at the Emmys include: Nina Dobrev ("Vampire Diaries") who stunned last year in a red strapless mermaid-inpired gown, Sofia Vergara ("Modern Family,") Christina Hendricks ("Mad Men,") and Leah Michele ("Glee.") 

"Homeland" actress Claire Danes will likely top this year's best dressed at the Emmys list. Danes has gained notoriety for wearing form-fitting dresses by Narciso Rodriguez. The actress has always been supplied runway looks courtesy of her friend Rodriguez. Danes is considered cable television's hottest new breakout star for her role in "Homeland."

Gwyneth Paltrow might make an appearance despite not starring in a television series. The actress was recently voted Most Stylish Celebrity of 2012 by People.

Another surprise guest could be "New Normal" star Nene Leakes. The former "Housewives of Atlanta" star is featured in the October 2012 issue of VOGUE magazine.

Charlize Theron could be another possible guest. The "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress was rumored to be dating Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet. The hit ABC show received the most nominations for a television comedy show with 14 nods.
