In an interview with Australia's News.com.au posted on Monday, the 29-year-old single mother says that despite her tour kicking off to a rocky start, things ended pretty well in Syndey before she headed back home over the weekend.

Ciara said, "Cyclones and craziness but everything is good now. My fans have been showing me in so many ways that they are with me... they've got me. Coming here was about feeling that good love and energy because it's been so long."

She added, "I think happiness starts with you and you can conquer anything, change the energy of your universe by expressing happiness. I feel pretty darn good."

What's more, Ciara says that her new album "Jackie" is an opportunity to show fans where she is in her life right now. She gave birth to her first baby, Future Wilburn, in May of last year and broke up with her fiancé, rapper Future, over the summer after allegations were made that he cheated on her. She was also on her own personal journey to shed the almost 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy.

Ciara said, "It was quite a challenge but doing that is a form of strength and gives you what you need to keep pushing through cuz baby gotta eat and baby ain't cheap."

Ciara also added that she plans on visiting Australia again later this year.
