Tom Cruise might just be on his way out of California following word that ex-wife Katie Holmes and former co-star Jamie Foxx are now an item.

While Cruise continues to own the Beverly Hill home which he and Holmes shared during their marriage, on Tuesday the LA Times announced that the 52-year-old has just put his Hollywood Hills estate on the market for $12.995 million.

The two-story, European-style property stretches 2.5 acres with an Italian-inspired kitchen and fireplace, as well as breathtaking views and even a wine-tasting room.

So what's with the change? Is it possible Cruise is slowly cutting all ties with the area? Perhaps now that his ex-wife has a new man, the action star doesn't wanted to be reminded of their life together. If this is the case, then it's likely his Beverly Hills home might just be the next one to hit the market.

Cruise and Holmes, 36, divorced back in 2012. They have one daughter together, eight-year-old Suri, and it is rumored that the two don't get along very well these days.

On Wednesday Us Weekly obtained a candid photo of Holmes and Foxx which seems to confirm that the rumors about their blossoming relationship are indeed true.

Holmes and Foxx have allegedly been dating for over a year, though only recently it seems that things have begun to get serious between them.
