According to Hollywood Life on Monday, Jenner was spotted hanging out with a new guy at the Urth Café in Los Angeles this past weekend. The site wrote that the reality television star and unnamed hunk "didn't show any PDA but they definitely seemed as though they weren't too thrilled to be photographed together. Maybe this is Kendall's new boyfriend?"

Meanwhile, there has also been a rumor this past weekend that Jenner might be hooking up with bad boy Justin Bieber - while trying to keep their relationship out of the public eye, as well.

According to Hollywood Life a source told the site, "They don't want to be exclusive and get all that insane attention. They just want to have fun and do their thing without people knowing or asking questions..."

What's more, friends of the pair apparently say that Jenner and Bieber are quiet serious about each other - even though they're taking things very easy before diving into anything serious as far as relationships go.

The source explained, "When Kendall and Justin are together, they flirt so hard core. They love telling people they're just friends, but they're playing with everyone - there is more to it. They've hooked up in the past and there's still something there. They just like to keep it totally secret, but a lot of people know there is something there. They aren't fooling everyone."
