The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons wants one of the actresses from Friends to guest star on the sitcom in the future.

'Victorious' Star Joins 'The Big Bang Theory' As Howard's Half-Brother

Parsons, who plays Sheldon Cooper on The Big Bang Theory, recently spoke at a press junket (featured below) for his new film Home and revealed that he would like to work with Friends star Lisa Kudrow on the show.

"I've always thought about [Kudrow] for the show," Parsons said. "I don't know in what part. I'll leave that to the writers, but I just am a big fan of hers and I would love them to have her on."

Kudrow has been very busy lately, with projects like HBO's The Comeback, Showtime's Web Therapy and ABC's Scandal, in addition to several film roles. While it may be difficult to land Kudrow, she would almost certainly be a good fit considering her comfortability with the multi-camera format, with Friends being on the air for 10 years.

Parsons also addressed how the sitcom's fans have embraced Sheldon Cooper over the years, a character who can frequently be unlikable.

"It's a very warm reaction always, and the only thing I find funny about that is I would think people might think Sheldon might be a little off-putting," Parsons admitted. "But people don't approach me that way at all. People are eager and warm."

Parsons' popularity as Sheldon cannot be understated, considering he has led The Big Bang Theory to become the no. 1 comedy on television. He has also won four Emmy Awards for his work on the show.

The Big Bang Theory airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
