The highly anticipated merge on CBS's Survivor: Worlds Apart is set to go down next week and bonds may be broken.

'Survivor's Jeff Probst & Parvati Shallow Talk Who Could Win New Season

The trailer for next week's episode of Survivor: Worlds Apart suggests that the two tribes will merge into one. While the tribes often go into the merge as unified groups, this one has the potential to be all over the place with shifting alliances and broken promises.

"Teaming up behind my back, bro?" Rodney tells his tribemate Mike in the promo.

Max Dawson Says 'Survivor: Worlds Apart' Is Best Season Of All Time

This is in reference to Wednesday night's episode in which Mike teamed up with Dan, Joe and Sierra to vote out Joaquin, who was getting too close to Rodney for Mike's liking. Rodney was left blindsided by his alliance.

"People who did me wrong today are gonna pay for that s---, bro," Rodney says in a confessional during the promo.

Things are about to become complicated as both tribes are seen converging, with the tribes reading a piece of paper that says "You have merged."

Rodney admits in a confessional that he is feeling "extremely disrespected by these blues so your numbers are dunzo."

There are many different alliances going on at the moment, with Kelly likely to flip back to Mike and Dan, Joe probably going back to Hali, Joe and Will and others like Shirin and Carolyn going wherever the wind takes them. This episode will likely be an unpredictable one and set the post-merge into motion.

Survivor: Worlds Apart airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
