On Saturday, The Los Angeles Times reported that reality tv show father-daughter duo Bruce and Kylie Jenner are pretty hard to keep up with when it comes to purchasing real estate.

Between the two, they have spent a combined $6.175 million on real estate in the past year.

Bruce Jenner first bought a house in Malibu for what was considered a deal of $3.575 million. Then, Kylie spent $2.6 million on a Mediterranean-style home in the same gated community that her moth and sisters live.

Bruce's home was built in 2010, sits on 11 acres and offers 360-degree views of canyon, mountain and ocean.

The oasis also features glass pocket doors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and heated floors.

The 3,500 square foot home includes a bar, a garage apartments, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Where the Pacific Ocean is in-view, the swimming pool and spa looks over it.

Kylie's abode is a 4,851 square-foot, two-story home that was built in 2006. It features a living and family room, two dining rooms, two built-in entertainment centers, a library, a breakfast bar, a bonus room and five bedrooms and six bedrooms. The home also features a courtyard and a three-car garage.

The star also gets to enjoy a covered patio with a 26-foot long dining table, a barbecue center and a swimming pool with a spa.
