Viewers are going to want to brace themselves for some of the weirdest surgeries that surprisingly exist.

On Friday, E! News released a sneak peek of the second season of Botched as patients visit Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to get some major changes done.

As the doctors meet up with these people, they discover that there have been some messed up procedures that need to be fixed immediately. Some people have gotten hundreds of different surgeries done and need to get help to change their bodies to the way they want.

A woman comes in and says that cement has been injected into her face- something the doctors have never come across before. There will also be a man with giant lips and someone who had leeches...that appear to still be alive.

Fans also might be interested to know that Justin Jedlica, known as the Human Ken doll, will be back. It's unclear on what exactly he'll be doing there, but the viewers might be excited to see a familiar face.

When the new patients arrive, they will likely have some incredibly tragic stories to tell- one woman says that 24 years of her life were ruined. And the doctors might be the ones to save her from an incident that could have physically messed her up.
