Political pundits Jon Stewart and Bill O' Reilly don't agree on much, but they do share an appreciation for Oprah Winfrey.

On the night of Oct. 6, the Fox News Channel fixture and the liberal Comedy Central comedian, participated in "The Rumble in the Air-Conditioned Auditorium" at George Washington University. Viewers who were unable to attend the event, were told they could livestream the event for $4.95; however, there were technological difficulties. The live stream did not work until the midway point, and the organizers then offered refunds to disappointed viewers.

The highly opinionated personalities were rude to each other -- they called each other names -- but they also did show some admiration toward one another. Plus, they did agree on two things: the War on Iraq should never have happened and Oprah Winfrey is the most important person in America.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, O'Reilly said, "We should not have gone to Iraq. Afghanistan we had to."

An exasperated Stewart then stood on his chair and yelled, "Live tweet that: Bill O'Reilly said we should not have gone into Iraq."

When the moderator asked, "Which famous person would you save if the U.S. were burning?" O'Reilly immediately said, ""Oprah -- she's worth about $100 billion." Stewart agreed and replied, "My family.... listen, Oprah's a great answer too."

But these two instances are the only times the conservator and liberal agreed during the debate.

Stewart called O'Reilly "the mayor of Bullsh** Mountain," (a.k.a. Fox News). He also said O'Reilly was "full of sh**."

When asked if they could give any advice for the divided Congress, who can't discuss or provide solutions to partisan issues, Stewart sat on O'Reilly's lap.

"And what would you like for Christmas, little boy?" O'Reilly asked.

All of the jabs and disagreements aside, the pair do share a mutual respect for one another.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Stewart said that O'Reilly not only "coordinates a mean outfit," but also "comes by his principles honestly. He's a smart guy. He's a funny guy ... this idea that disagreeing with somebody ... means you should not engage them is ridiculous."

O'Reilly kept it short, joked that he admired Stewart because he went to rehab six times, and still became a success.

He mention that "Stewart tomorrow is going to visit the wounded troops."

The audience broke into applause.
