Once Upon a Time actor Sean Maguire recently admitted that he would like to figure out the origin of Robin Hood's lion tattoo in future episodes.

Maguire, who plays the outlaw in the series, spoke with E! Online recently about the lion tattoo, saying that it will still be unknown for the time being.

"I thought about that myself, and I'm really intrigued to hear the genesis and origin of the lion tattoo as well," Maguire said. "We just learned a lot about how Robin became the man he is today, but the lion tattoo is going to remain a secret for a bit longer."

Robin Hood Still Secretly 'In Love' With Regina on 'Once Upon a Time'?

Heading into the next episode, Regina (Lana Parrilla) will be trying to find and rescue Robin, and she winds up gaining some leverage that she can use over Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle).

"In Storybrooke, Regina gains leverage to keep Gold from interfering with her plan to rescue Robin," the plot synopsis for episode 18 reads, however this all changes when she learns some devastating news.

"Her trip to New York takes the backseat when she and Emma [Jennifer Morrison] learn that Cruella [Victoria Smurfit] has kidnapped Henry [Jared Glimore]."

The next episode will be a Cruella-centric episode, as noted by the title, Sympathy for the De Vil.

Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
