5 Seconds of Summer Earns Two Nominations At 2015 Billboard Music Awards

Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood have been super busy writing and recording for their next studio album, amongst other band stuff like prepping for their upcoming headlining tour.

They are currently taking a tiny break before hitting the road and since returning home, Irwin gushed on Twitter how stoked they are to tour soon.

Will 5 Seconds of Summer's Next Album Have More Lyrical Depth?

On Tuesday the drummer noted they were at the 20-day mark before their tour begins.

"Please prepare yourselves, we are coming to a city kinda near you soon," he shared.

He as well as his bandmates have been relatively quiet on social media since heading home, but he acknowledged his lack of tweeting and such on Thursday when he apologized for not being "super active."

He even shared a photo from his afternoon, which showed a beautiful sky and body of water.

"Just hangin with my fam!" he revealed.

He also captured a photo of a most likely chalk drawn pelican and his grandmother's feet.

The 5SOS drummer even mentioned he met some fans that he called "wonderful people" who are looking forward to the tour kicking off since they'll be in attendance. "[I] can't believe it!!!!!" Irwin gushed.

It sounds like he's having a great time at home relaxing before the chaos of nonstop touring begins.
