We know it would be heartbreaking for fans to see Vincent (Jay Ryan) and Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) go through another breakup, especially after all they've been through to finally come together and affirm their love.

But the recently revealed preview for season 3 shows the couple struggling as they decide to move in and get married. Although their love for each other is undoubtably strong, the challenges of domesticity and staying together seem to be breaking them down.

The clip primarily focusses on the chaos that will ensue in their lives as they decide to take the big step. At one point Vincent is also heard telling Catherine that he isn't being able to cope. "Moving in with you is causing a few primal issues," he says.

A New Beast Being Introduced In Season 3 Of Beauty and the Beast?

While fans can be assured of the fact that the duo's love for each other isn't going anywhere, perhaps the situation of conventional marriage might be thwarted as a plot twist.

Thus far their union has been affirmed, but it will be fraught with many a challenges.

Vincent and Catherine will also be paying a visit to the marriage counselor in season 3. In September last year, TVLine revealed that they will seek the help of the counselor "to balance their different careers with their relationship."

In an interview, Austin Basis, who plays J.T. on the show, spoke about how his relationship with Tess would play off of Vincent and Catherine's relationship on the CW series. He suggested that the couples will have more to figure out as they navigate a steady love life with the grave dangers that surround them.

"Everyone's kind of been a team of four and now they are two teams of two. I think that will be fun to see," he said. "Learning from the mistakes of the path that we've gone down before, the writers and the show to stick to the heart of the show about Vincent and Catherine and their romance and how their romance is tested."
