On Monday, The Voice Twitter shared that the Team Adam twosome "let us get into their heads this week" as they prepped for the live performances that are going down tonight.

In the video, which can be viewed below, the two are first seen coming out of the backstage area after the Top 10 was announced. Johnson performed during the Instant Save performances against Team Pharrell contestant Mia Z and her own teammate Brian Johnson last week, but she prevailed and America sent her into the Top 10.

She admitted to being "so nervous still" even after placing in the Top 10. She said performing during the Instant Save segment "was literally the craziest thing" she has ever done in her life.

Davis is "so thankful" one of his teammates made it through to the Top 10 with him.

The two Team Adam contestants discussed the dynamics between them, the other remaining contestants and their coaches before getting into the finer details of working with Levine.

"Working with Adam has been really intense, but it's been great," Davis dished, adding that like himself, his coach "takes a scholarly approach to music."

"He is really well-versed," Davis added, while Johnson discussed how her songs are picked each week.

"You gotta trust your coach," she shared since he has been in the music industry for so long that he knows what he's doing.

Davis added that the song selection is becoming more important as the weeks go by in the competition. He mentioned he as well as the other contestants make up "dream lists" and send them over to the show's producers and they get narrowed down from there.

Davis will be performing "Hold Back the River" by James Bay.

Johnson dished she was "nervous" to work with David A. Stewart since he is advising Levine's team this week.

"He's awesome!" Johnson gushed prior to her rehearsal with him and her coach.

Tune in on Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 8 p.m. ET for Season 8 of The Voice on NBC.
