We are now at the stage of the game in Survivor: Worlds Apart where the end is in sight, and it's anyone's game to win.

Shirin Urges Fans To Support Ending Domestic Violence After Will's Personal Attacks on 'Survivor'

There are eight players left in the game on Survivor: Worlds Apart: Carolyn, Dan, Mike, Rodney, Shirin, Sierra, Tyler and Will. While some players are certainly stronger than others, any one of them could make their way to the end and collect $1 million on May 20, the date of the finale.

With so many players willing to truly fight to get to the end, no one is truly safe. However, only one will. The question is, who is the most deserving to win the $1 million at this point in the game?

Tyler Paranoid That Dan & Sierra Could Flip In New Episode of 'Survivor'

Mike has certainly played an active game from the beginning, and he still has a hidden Immunity Idol. However, he isolated himself in the latest episode after not paying for a letter from home (he eventually did after caving to peer pressure). With Shirin seemingly as his only ally, it will be a struggle to get to the end, but he definitely has a compelling case.

Shirin is a difficult one to judge due to her rocky pre-merge. She has been an underdog from the beginning, and her overall story arc has gotten a lot more positive. She already has three friends on the jury and could make a case for herself at the end.

Carolyn and Tyler have been tight since the beginning of the game. Carolyn currently has a hidden Immunity Idol and the two of them have played very elusive games. Neither have caused waves up to this point. However, they may to have make a few big moves to make a good case at the end.

Sierra has stayed the course through most of the game, voting alongside her Blue Collar tribemates. She really has not made any notable moves other than sticking with the big alliance, so she would have to be against more objectionable people in order to win.

Dan and Will have been very outspoken in the game, especially as of late. The overall tenor of their edit has been negative, particularly Dan. Considering neither of them are really considered big threats, they both have a good shot of making it to Final Tribal Council. Winning the game, however, may prove too difficult.

Rodney is a bit of a wildcard. He has expressed a desire to get Mike out with the help of his secret (or perhaps not-so-secret anymore) alliance with Carolyn, Tyler and Will. He has also had a slightly negative edit though he has been more proactive in the game than Dan or Will. If Rodney pulls the trigger on getting Mike out then he may have a decent shot of winning.

Survivor: Worlds Apart airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
