President Barack Obama and Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney began the third presidential debate Monday at 9 pm with heated accusations against each other on foreign policy.

The debate, moderated by "Face the Nation" host Bob Schieffer, started with questions about Libya and how Obama's government handled the attack on the U.S. Embassy.

The candidates began discussing Middle East policies including Iraq, Egypt and Syria.

The debate is being broadcast from Boca Raton, Florida on major television networks ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and C-SPAN as well as by cable channels CNN, FOX News and MSNBC. It is also available online on YouTube, AOL and C-SPAN which will provide live streams.

The debate will run for 90-minutes on six segments of 15-minutes each. The topics to be discussed on each segment are:
-America's role in the world-Our longest war - Afghanistan and Pakistan-Red Lines - Israel and Iran-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - I-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - II-The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World

This is the last debate before the November elections.
